The past two weeks have been eventful in good ways and not so great ways.  First the not so great... I'm still waiting on word from the job that I'd love, and in the meantime I'm still applying everywhere else.

I have now applied and I am awaiting to hear back from...

School A) Currently being expanded upon, would get to set my own curriculum, and super small class sizes (we're talking 10-ish students to start until the program grows).  So far I applied, had an interview, and had a call back where they watched me interact with the students.  I was told I'd hear back by Friday either way but I didn't receive a call so I called today and was told that they would have their answer in a few days.  Why? Because they had someone else come in to interview today so the directors have to get together and talk it over.  Patience is the key here.  I really want this one if it is meant to be.

School B)  Has two positions open for the fall, 3rd and 5th.  I heard about the positions from an insider so hopefully they haven't been filled yet.  These are the two that both my teacher and I are going for.  She knows the principal, and I know an insider plus I know my teacher.  Luckily she wants us both there so if either of us can get signed on we're going to try to pull the other one with us.  Again though... that is if we can get in.  Otherwise if just one of us leaves then at least the other will have a job.  If she leaves I'll have her position at the current school and if I leave we both have jobs, and if we both leave hopefully we both have jobs.

Or the worst can happen and I'm laid off without any job prospects.  I'm counting on my faith that my position will not be laid off just incase i cannot find any other solutions.

In other news I started physical therapy for my back today.  My T3 and T4 are slightly off counter so I had those readjusted and electric stimulation for one of my back muscles that has been bothering me for quite awhile.  I just started it because my job aggravated it a bit more due to super low table levels and chairs that do not accommodate teachers at that level.  go figure. I guess I need taller kids so that I can use a taller table :)

There is not much else going on lately, I'm thinking of redesigning the blog again out of boredom so expect some changes in the next week or two.
